Section 01

Delivery Regions

We currently ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Some remote Highlands and Islands postcodes may require an extra 1–2 business days. We do not currently ship internationally.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, contact our team before ordering and we will confirm timing within one business day.

Shipping Cost

Standard UK shipping is completely free on every Vantiros order, with no minimum spend required.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay on delivery — there are no hidden delivery, handling or fuel fees.

Section 03

Order Processing Time

Orders are reviewed, verified and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our UK warehouse.

Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm GMT, on weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days via tracked courier.

Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from order date.

We work with reliable, established UK couriers to make sure your furniture and storage pieces arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

You can also check the latest status at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order ID and email.

Section 06

Cash on Delivery

All Vantiros orders are paid by Cash on Delivery in GBP (£) directly to the courier on arrival.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact amount in cash.

Section 07

Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to meet our estimates, occasional delays happen due to courier disruption, weather, public holidays or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you proactively — or email contact@Vantiros.shop for an update.

Section 08

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days after dispatch, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, we ship a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we make it right at our cost.

Please refuse the delivery or mark the courier's note as "damaged on arrival" and contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact@Vantiros.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Section 10

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. Parcels unclaimed after the courier's retention period and returned to us may be refunded less any return shipping cost.

Section 11

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and returned to us will be re-sent at the customer's cost, or refunded less return shipping.
