COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available on every order shipped within the United Kingdom.

No minimum or maximum order value. All amounts payable in GBP (£) in cash to the courier on delivery.

Whether you're ordering a single mirror or kitting out an entire room, the COD option applies the same way — and we never charge extra COD or handling fees.

How COD Works

Five clear steps from checkout to delivery.

  1. Place your order on Vantiros.shop — no payment information required at checkout.
  2. Receive an instant order confirmation by email.
  3. Our team may call or email to verify the delivery address and items before dispatch.
  4. Your order is dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days in total.
  5. On delivery, inspect the package and pay the courier the exact order total in cash (GBP £).

Section 03

Order Verification

To protect both you and our team, we may verify orders by phone or email before dispatch.

Please ensure that the phone number and email address provided at checkout are correct and reachable. Orders that cannot be verified within 48 hours may be cancelled at our discretion.

Section 04

Refused or Failed Deliveries

We are happy for you to refuse delivery if a product is defective or doesn't match your order — but persistent refusals without cause may affect future COD eligibility.

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or is repeatedly unavailable, Vantiros reserves the right to:

  • Charge return shipping costs incurred from the courier;
  • Decline future COD orders from the same customer or address;
  • Require pre-payment on subsequent orders.

If the product is genuinely defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the description, you may refuse delivery free of charge — see our Return Policy.

Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate name, address, phone number and email at checkout.
  • Be available (or arrange for someone to be available) to receive and pay for the order on the delivery date.
  • Have the exact amount in cash ready in GBP (£). Couriers may not be able to provide change for large notes.
  • Inspect the package on delivery before signing for it.

Prices are final, transparent, and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The total displayed at checkout is the exact amount due on delivery — no surprises.

No additional COD or handling fees are added at any point.

Cancellations

You may cancel a COD order free of charge at any time before dispatch by emailing contact@Vantiros.shop with your order number.
