14-Day Return Window

You have a full 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return for a refund or exchange.

The 14-day clock starts the day you (or someone you nominated) receive the goods — not the day you ordered.

This window comfortably exceeds the minimum required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you time to inspect the item in your home before deciding.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returns must be in resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Items must be new, unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Whether your item is faulty or simply not quite right, we accept returns for all of the reasons below.

  • Defective products — accepted; we pay return shipping.
  • Damaged in transit — accepted; we pay return shipping.
  • Wrong item received — accepted; we pay return shipping.
  • Change of mind / no longer wanted — accepted; customer pays return shipping.
  • Exchanges — accepted, subject to product availability.

How to Return an Item

Five simple steps, with a real human guiding you through every one.

  1. Email contact@Vantiros.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our customer support team replies within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send the item using a tracked shipping service. We strongly recommend tracked delivery — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once received and inspected, we confirm by email and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued in GBP (£), within 30 days of us receiving the returned item — usually much sooner.

As all orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via UK bank transfer to an account you provide.

After your return is checked in, we email you to confirm and request your bank details. Funds typically land within 3–5 business days of the transfer being initiated.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees. Ever.

£0 restocking fee — 100% of your eligible refund returns to you.

Unlike many retailers, Vantiros absorbs the cost of processing returns so that you can shop with total confidence.

Damaged or Defective Products

Spotted a fault? Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at our expense.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos of the damage / defect and the outer packaging.

We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Items clearly marked as final sale, or custom-made for you, cannot be returned unless defective. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
