Where do you ship?+
We ship across the entire United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — with free standard delivery on every order.
How long does delivery take?+
Handling takes 1–3 business days and transit 2–5 business days, for a total of 3–7 business days from order to door.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum spend.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash (GBP £) when your order arrives. No card or banking information is required.
Why Cash on Delivery only?+
COD gives you complete peace of mind: you never share card details online and you only pay once your order is in your hands.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes — you can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch by emailing contact@Vantiros.shop with your order number.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return any item in unused condition. There is no restocking fee.
How will I be refunded?+
Since orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are issued via UK bank transfer within up to 30 days after we receive your return.
Do you offer exchanges?+
Yes — exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability. Please email us first to arrange.
What if my item is damaged or defective?+
Email contact@Vantiros.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Is your website secure?+
Yes — Vantiros.shop is fully encrypted with SSL. We never collect payment information online because we use Cash on Delivery.
