Changed your mind? We make it easy. This policy explains exactly when and how you can cancel a Vantiros order, what happens once it has been dispatched, and the statutory rights you hold as a UK consumer.

Section 01

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time, free of charge, before it leaves our warehouse.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Contact us as soon as possible to stop dispatch.

Cancellation requests received before our warehouse hands the parcel to the courier are accepted automatically with no cancellation fee, no admin charge and no questions asked.

  • Same day cancellation: almost always possible — usually confirmed within a few hours.
  • Next-day cancellation: possible if the order has not yet been picked.
  • Once dispatched: cancellation closes, but our 14-day return policy takes over.

How to Cancel an Order

Two simple channels, both monitored by our UK support team in Morecambe.

  1. Email contact@Vantiros.shop with the subject line “Cancel Order #YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER”. Include your full name and delivery postcode.
  2. Or call +44 07481 752877 Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 GMT.
  3. We confirm cancellation in writing by email within 1 business day.
  4. If you don’t receive confirmation, please contact us again — assume the order is still active until you have written confirmation.

Section 03

Orders Already Dispatched

Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot recall it, but you still have two easy options.

Either refuse the delivery at the door, or accept it and return it under our 14-day return policy.

  • Refuse delivery: tell the courier you decline the parcel and it will be returned to our warehouse. Once received we process a full refund.
  • Accept and return: follow the steps in our Refund & Return Policy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Because Vantiros operates exclusively on Cash on Delivery, no money changes hands until the parcel is in your hand — refusing delivery means there is nothing to refund.

Section 04

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you only want to cancel some of them, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually remove individual items before picking, and the remaining items will be dispatched as a single shipment. Always quote the SKU or product name of the item you wish to remove.

Section 05

Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

In addition to our voluntary cancellation window, UK law gives you a 14-day right to cancel any consumer contract concluded at distance.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel for any reason — no justification required.

  • This statutory right applies in addition to (not instead of) our return policy.
  • To exercise it, send a clear written statement to contact@Vantiros.shop before the 14-day window ends.
  • You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect — see our Return Policy.

Section 06

Refunds After Cancellation

Because all Vantiros orders are paid Cash on Delivery, cancellation usually means nothing to refund.

If you cancel before dispatch, no money has been collected and no refund is required. If you cancel after dispatch by refusing or returning the goods, and you have already paid the courier, refunds are issued by UK bank transfer within up to 30 days of the goods being received back at our warehouse. Section 07

Couriers and Dispatch Notifications

The fastest way to know whether your order can still be cancelled is to check your inbox. You will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse — once that email is sent, cancellation is no longer possible. You can also use Order Tracking to check status in real time.

Section 08

Order Verification & Auto-Cancellation

Some COD orders are cancelled by Vantiros for verification reasons.

If our team is unable to reach you to verify your delivery address, or if the phone number provided at checkout is invalid or unreachable after two attempts, the order may be automatically cancelled to protect both parties. You will be notified by email and are welcome to place a new order at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do I need to cancel?

Within 1–2 business days of ordering, ideally same day. Once your dispatch email lands in your inbox, cancellation is closed — use our return policy instead.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Cancellations are completely free of charge at every stage.

Can I cancel a partial order?

Yes — email us with the SKU or product name of the item you want removed and we will update your order before dispatch.

What if my order has already shipped?
