Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your security and peace of mind, Vantiros accepts Cash on Delivery as the sole payment method on all orders within the United Kingdom.

You pay only when your order is delivered. No online card payments are required or accepted.

How It Works — Step by Step

From browsing to delivery, here is exactly what happens at every stage.

  1. Browse and order: add items to your bag on Vantiros.shop. No card details required.
  2. Address verification: we email confirmation immediately, and may call to verify your delivery address.
  3. Dispatch: your order leaves our Morecambe warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  4. Delivery: our courier arrives within 3–7 business days of dispatch — see Shipping Policy.
  5. Inspect: open the package at the door and check the items.
  6. Pay: hand the exact amount in cash (GBP £) to the courier and receive your printed receipt.

All amounts are quoted and collected in GBP (£) — no foreign currency fees, ever.

Order Verification

Our team may call to confirm your delivery address before dispatch.

This quick verification step protects both you and our courier from delivery errors. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is reachable. If we are unable to verify the order after two attempts, the order may be cancelled in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Payment at the Door

What to expect when the courier knocks.

  • Have the exact amount ready in cash (GBP £) — couriers usually carry limited change.
  • Inspect the package for visible damage before paying.
  • You will receive a printed receipt from the courier — keep it for your records.
  • If you change your mind, simply refuse the delivery. No payment, no return shipping cost.

Section 07

Refused or Failed Deliveries

If you refuse the delivery, the parcel is returned to our warehouse and your order is closed at no cost to you. If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts (no answer at the door, incorrect address, etc.), the order is also returned and closed. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.

Data Protection

We never request, process or store card or bank details.

Because Vantiros is COD-only, there is no payment gateway and no card vault. The information we hold is limited to what is needed to deliver your order — see our Privacy Policy for the full list.

Billing & Records

Every order is documented with an emailed confirmation and a printed courier receipt. VAT invoices are available on request. For everything finance-related, see our Billing Terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

No. Vantiros is Cash on Delivery only. This protects you from card fraud and chargebacks.

Is there a COD fee?

No. Cash on Delivery is completely free of charge on every Vantiros order.

What currency do I pay in?

British Pounds (GBP £). The exact amount displayed at checkout is what you hand to the courier.

What if I don’t have exact change?

Couriers usually carry limited change. We recommend preparing the exact amount to avoid delays.

Can I pay by bank transfer instead?

Not at this time. COD is currently our only supported payment method to maximise customer protection.

Will you ever ask for my card details?

Never. Any message claiming to be from Vantiros that asks for card or bank details should be reported to contact@Vantiros.shop immediately.
